Charlie Sepulveda & The Turrnaround at " The Greater Hartford Conn. Jazz Fest " Friday july 17, 2009.



School of Arts in Caguas, Conservatory of Music, University of Puerto Rico, and City College in New York, this Newyorikan trumpeter (1962) has interpreted and recorded among masters like: Tito Puente, Eddie Palmieri, Dizzy Gillespie, Macoy Tyner, Wynton Marsalis, Dave Valentin, Hilton Ruiz, Paquito de Rivera, Michael Camilo, Sheila E., Ray Barretto, Marc Anthony, India, Fania All Star, and many others. With seven productions of his own, throughout his career, he has been able to perfom his music in the best Jazz Festival around the world getting excellent reviews.

His work has been nominated for a Grammy award and The Watermelon Man video was nominated for Billboard award. He has participated in prestigious TV shows such as The Tonight Show. Currently, living in Puerto Rico and with great energy continues with his group, The Turnaround, educating and creating music to please audience and lovers of jazz around the Globe. Weekly presentations in Puerto Rico: - Every Friday 7pm at La Concha Hotel - Every Sunday 7pm at SanJuan Hotel International presentations: -July 12, Ray Gonzalez Latin Jazz Festival in Conneticut.
